Shopping is changing faster than most merchants can keep up with. AI shopping assistants inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google are increasingly the ones deciding which products get recommended — and a product page built only for human browsing and traditional SEO often gives these AI systems nothing solid to work with: no clean structured data, no clear comparison points, no answer to the questions a shopper would actually ask an AI assistant.

We're building a set of Shopify apps that apply the same Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) work we do for client websites directly inside the Shopify admin — automated product schema and structured data, AI-readiness audits for product and collection pages, and tools that help merchants understand whether their catalog is actually visible to AI shopping assistants, not just Google Search.

This isn't a generic SEO app with AI bolted onto the name. We're building it the way we build everything: starting from real audits on real Shopify stores, refining based on what actually moves AI citation and recommendation rates, then packaging it for merchants who want that advantage without hiring an agency for every product update.

It draws on the same Answer Engine Optimization work behind our AI SEO Audit Guide, adapted specifically for product and collection page structures — where the missing pieces are usually different from a typical blog or marketing page.
